What age is the product designed for?
Nasal aspirator - The nasal aspirator can be used for babies, children, and adults.
Nasal irrigator - The nasal irrigation can be used for children and adults.
Is there any condition in which I should not use the product?
If there are wounds in the nostrils, nosebleed and 1-2 hours after the nosebleed is stopped, do not use the nasal aspirator.
If bleeding or pain occurs when using, stop immediately and consult your doctor.
How long of operation time is safe?
It is recommended to use 2-3 time each day. Insert the suction tip to the nostril for 3-5 seconds every time then take it out. If the mucus is not removed completely, repeat the operations till the nasal cavity is clean.
However, please do not operate the product more than 1 minute each time. Excessive use of nasal aspirator may make you feel uncomfortable.
During operation, keep an eye on your baby’s face and if there is any indication of pain, stop the operation immediately.
Is the suction power adjustable?
Yes. The suction power of Geonic AH2, H2, and D3 is adjustable.
You can adjust the suction power according to the age of children and the thickness of the mucus.
What kind of solution should I use for irrigation?
Only normal saline solution should be used.
Do not use the saline solution for contact lens because it contains chemical. Special nasal cleansing solution is optional
The device cannot be used?
▋Geoinc H2, AH2, S1
  1. Confirm that the power is sufficient.
  2. Confirm that the nasal aspirator or nasal irrigator is installed correctly.
 
▋Geonic D3
  1. Check if the power is on.
  2. Check if the components and the air tube are connected correctly.
  
If the product still does not work properly, please contact us.
Can the product be used by more than one person?
Do not share the components of aspirator/irrigator by few users to prevent cross infection.
Would it harm the nose?
Read the instructions thoroughly before use, follow the operations and reminders, nasal aspirator will not cause any damage to the nasal cavity under normal circumstance.
Isn’t it bad for ears?
Correct use of the nasal aspirator in accordance with the instruction for use doesnot cause ear discomfort.
If you feel uncomfortable during operation, please stop and consult with your doctor as soon as possible.
How to clean the product?
After use, remove all parts from the main body to wash under running water.
Sanitize the parts with disinfectant for milk bottle and then dry thoroughly.
Accessories, including air tube, suction tips, spray nozzle, and containers are consumables. Suggest to replace every 2-3 months depending on the frequency of usage.
* Note *
Please do not put the main body into water or other solutions. Wipe the main body with soft cloth or clean it with water-soaked clothe if necessary.
How to prevent blocking of the spray nozzle?
After cleansing work, the crystallized salt of normal saline solution will remain in the spray nozzle and causes blocking or narrows spray flow.  
After irrigation, when the container is empty, press on/off button to operation the product for 10 seconds or more. It will eliminate the residue solution from spray nozzle to prevent nozzle blocking. Or place the spray nozzle in warm water to dissolve salt to reduce blocking
How long is the warranty?

This device is guaranteed for 2 years and the battery is guarantee for 1 year from the date of purchase against Manufacturer's defect under normal use. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us directly.
 
▋Geonic S1, D3
This device is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase against Manufacturer's defect under normal use.
 
▋Geonic S1, AH2, H2, D3
If the unit does not function properly due to defective parts or assembly, we will repair it free of charge. The guarantee does not cover any of following:
  1. Transport costs and risks of transport.
  2. Costs for repairs and/or defects resulting from repair done by unauthorized persons.
  3. Periodic check-ups and maintenance.
  4. Failure or wear of optional parts or other attachments other than the main device itself, unless explicitly guaranteed above.
  5. Costs arising due to non-acceptance of a claim (those will be charged for).
  6. Damages of any kind including personal caused accidentally or from misuse. Should guarantee service the required please apply to the dealer whom the product was purchased from or an authorized distributor.
